Make no mistake, this job is hard on your body, but if you take the right precautions such as the correct PPE and kneepads you'll be okay in the long run. Ignore the pricks that laugh at you for using PPE, after all it's your body. Both offer mental stimulation by troubleshooting. HVAC is more of a dirty ‘ fuck this damn shit’ kind of job.
