I grew up in New England. Previous to Angie's, the best lobster roll I had in PHX was from The Montauk, and was $31. It was a solid 7.5/10. Angie's cold rolls are easily a 7-8/10 in the realm of simple lobster rolls. Not the best I've ever had, but easily on par with most Maine or MA tourist trap lobster places. If price of lobster went up wouldn't all of the lobster items increase in price? Fried lobster roll has always been the cheapest lobster option. The lobster rolls, warm and chilled were always more expensive.
